THE OUTLIER EXTERIOR DOORMAT 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

WARRANTY COVERAGE

This limited warranty covers "The Outlier" exterior doormat (the "Product") for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase, or date of delivery of the Product (whichever is later). This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

WHAT'S COVERED

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, wear and tear, and exposure to weather conditions, including:

  • Structural integrity of the bristles and frame
  • Resistance to cracking or breaking
  • Drainage functionality

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or use
  • Damage caused by pets, rodents, or vandalism
  • Damage from chemical treatments or cleaning methods not recommended by Porte + Hall
  • Products that have been modified or altered after purchase

NATURAL WEATHERING

Minor color fading due to sunlight exposure is normal and not considered a defect. Any color fading that occurs is minimal and will not affect the performance of the bristles or the Product's functionality. The Outlier doormat is specifically designed to maintain its appearance with minimal visible color change even after years of sun exposure.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY COVERAGE

To make a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service Department through either:

Please provide:

  1. Your contact information, including postal address, telephone number, and email
  2. Photos of the Product showing the defect
  3. Brief description of the issue

WHAT WE WILL DO

For valid warranty claims with proof of purchase, at our election, we will either:

  • Replace the defective Product with the same or comparable doormat
  • Provide a refund of the purchase price

Shipping costs for warranty replacements within the USA will be covered by Porte + Hall.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES, PROVINCES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
