The Insider
We do not offer larger sizes at this time. Our current sizes are: Doormat 2'2" x 3'0", Runner 2'2" x 6' 7" and Area Mat 4'6" x 6'6".
Yes, the Insider is safe to use on all floor types. The Insider has been tested on heated floors and can withstand heat up to 97 degrees fahrenheit. It is also safe on LVP floors. It will not transfer or leave residue.

Shipping & Payment Methods
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact support@porteandhall.com.
We do not currently ship to international destinations.
Shipping rates vary based on size and weight of the box and number of boxes in an order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
All orders (unless a product is noted as presale) will be shipped from our warehouse in Connecticut within 5 business days. Customers typically receive their order 7-10 days after the order was placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
All orders are shipped within 7 business days. Shipping is available in the continental United States. Porte + Hall ships with UPS, USPS and FedEx. Porte + Hall does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands. We currently do not ship to international destinations. Returns
P+H wants our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. We will accept returns within thirty (30) days of order placement for a full refund. Goods must be returned unused in original packaging. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the original form of payment. All Sale products are final sale.

Return shipping fees are due to extremely high shipping costs that our carriers have imposed on us. The return shipping fee is only a fraction of the actual shipping cost. The return shipping fees range from $10-$35 depending on the product you are returning. We do not charge any other restocking fees.
