At Porte + Hall, we love a dark grey combo, and we’re taking things even darker with The Outlier in Charcoal. Dark hues are one of 2024’s biggest home décor trends. Labeled “Western Gothic” by Pinterest, greys and blacks will be a stand-out aesthetic for interior design this year. With our two-toned geometric pattern, you can get the look in a way that’s so much more sophisticated than a standard black mat.
A Mat for All Seasons
We launched the Outlier last year as a welcome mat for all seasons and all climates. Two years in the making, the Outlier provides a unique visual texture for the front porch and now comes in four colors with the introduction of our new Charcoal mat so that you can find the perfect fit for your entryway.
Made from 100% TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), it’s designed to stand up to direct sunlight. The flexible, rubbery bristles clean off shoes (and paws) while the vented channels allow for water evaporation, so you don’t have to worry about your outdoor doormat holding water. Plus, it’s easy to clean. Simply hose it down and give it a quick shake.

Also on trend this year: eco-conscious interior design purchases. Not only is the Outlier non-toxic and made in the USA, it’s 100% recyclable. When it’s reached the end of its life, you can send it back to use, and we’ll turn it into a new mat.
