The doormat is big the issue. I sent an email via your website asking about the frame- twice. No one has responded. Ridiculous. You can have a good product but if you can’t respond in an appropriate time frame to a simple inquiry ( when email is the only option you provide) your product is worthless.

I have been looking at this outdoor mat for quite some time. I have purchased 2 of the inside mats and love the. I finally purchased the outside mat and love it!!! I even bought an extra insert. I am waiting for a promotion of some sort to purchase another, since they are pricey.
